AARON RYDER

Nickname: The Turk, Aaron the Baron, Ron.

Qualifications: level 3 personal trainer. Hatton fundamental and advance Boxfit Coach. Amateur level 1 boxing Coach. Spin instructor.

Likes: Boxing, Vikings, food, whisky, Guinness, Flamingos.

Dislikes: Sharks, ocean, running, celery, olives, gin, football.

Strengths: Beard game, Marvel knowledge, dad jokes, pub Olympics, Boxing.

Weaknesses: Saving money, swimming and water sports, Anything Marvel.

Devi Majumdar

Nickname: Devi the natural gym, Beast, Animal, Machine.

Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer. England Boxing Coach (Level 1). Hatton Fundamental and Advanced and Boxfit Coach. Ante and Postnatal exercise (Level 4). Exercise on Referral / Rehab and Aqua Rehab (Level 4). Obesity & Diabetes (Level 4). Weight Management and Nutrition (Level 4). Youth Exercise and Level 4 Education and Training Level 2 Judo coach Black belts in Kickboxing and Te-ashi-do freestyle full contact karate.

Nickname: Dolly, Doll or The Rottweiler

Qualifications: Hatton fundamental and Advanced Boxfit Coach.

Likes: Boxing, Rock music, shooting, labradors, big 4x4's, chocolate and gin.

Dislikes: Burpees, star jumps, missing out on a boxing session.

Strengths: My right hook, Sunday roast making ability and reversing!

Weaknesses: Anything Labrador related!

Likes: Limitless & pain-free movement! Hand-standing, travelling, human physiology, trying new sports/activities.

Dislikes:  Dogs, dogs licking me, cats, any domestic animal, lack of routine, indoor cardio machines, narrow minded people.

Strengths: Balancing upside down, mobility knowledge, motivating others, positive outlook on most situations.

Weaknesses:Chinese chicken, running, childish sense of humour.
