1-2-1 PT sessions with one of our personal trainers

1 hour gym sessions tailored to your individual goals and with nutritional and additional support if required 

 

30-60 minute boxing sessions consisting of all round boxing fitness and technique.

Mini Marvels classes (age 6-10)

Fun, games and boxing skills to encourage fitness and structure.

Mixed and ladies’ adult boxing classes (age 16+)

Hour long boxing fitness classes combining padwork and body weight exercises to get you fit and strong while learning boxing techniques.

 Learning Differences classes (age 16+)

Private classes to promote co-ordination and cardiovascular fitness in a supportive and relaxed environment.

Junior (amateur) boxing classes (age 11-15)

Similar to the adult classes, these classes instil boxing skills, fitness, discipline and self control.

Open gym

Enjoy 7 days per week access to our 3 fitness spaces including a cardio gym, weights gym and boxing room. Full induction and 3 programmes are included in our memberships.

Mixed sparring (age 14+)

Subject to numbers and by prior arrangement. Run in accordance with the Independent Boxing Alliance.
